Please note that “gallanttales.com”, “Pattern Tales®” brand and “Alan The Gallant” are a trade name of Oiduts Etti S.L. and that all references to any of the aforementioned on this site are to be interpreted as references to Oiduts Etti S.L.

If you are dissatisfied with the Terms of this site, your only recourse is to discontinue use of the site. Placing an order constitutes an acceptance of our Terms of business.
You agree to hold “gallantatles.com”, Pattern Tales®, Alan The Gallant and Oidust Etti SL harmless from and against any and all damages, costs, claims and expenses, including attorney fees originated from or related to your visit and buys on this site and/or email.

Prices displayed throughout this site were accurate at the time of publication and may change at any time. We accept payment via secure server Paypal. All prices and charges on this site are shown in euros (€), including VAT but excluding delivery charges.

Shipping is an additional charge to your purchase. Please allow 2-3 business days to process your order. Any dates specified by gallantales.com for delivery of the goods are intended to be an estimate only. If no date is specified for delivery of the goods, delivery shall be within a reasonable time. Please contact us for more information. We use Priority Mail for all deliveries but if you are interested in receiving your order promptly through UPS, just let us know (costs will vary). All items are insured during shipping and handling. Please contact us in case you have not found a shipping price for the destination (country) where you wish to receive your goods. We will make sure to find the appropriate one for you.

Use and import of our products by you (the buyer) is subject to your own customs, policies, clearance and any applicable fees. You must comply with all laws and regulations of the country of import. A commercial invoice is provided with all goods shipped abroad.

As a company policy, we do not offer refunds or direct credit to your account. Returns are for gallanttales.com e-shop credit only. Credits are valid for 60 days. Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery. Returns items must be authorized by us via email, if not will be returned at the your own expense. Return products must be unused, sealed and in perfect condition in order to follow our return criteria. Please send items back by insured mail with a copy of your receipt. Shipping charges will not be reimbursed. Gallanttales.com assumes responsibility while the item is in its possession. Once the item is delivered to the shipping carrier, the laws and regulations of the shipper become the regulation laws of shipment. The risk of loss of the item passes to the client upon delivery to the carrier. Gallanttales.com will not be held responsible for lost shipments that are the fault of anyone but Gallanttales.com, and will not be held responsible.

Gallantales.com provides this site on an “as viewed basis” and therefore makes no guarantees to the site or its contents. All sizes are approximate and every care has been taken to ensure that the colors and shades are reproduced accurately. As most of the items are made of natural materials, and/or handmade designed, designs and shading may vary slightly from the product pictured. Gallantales.com has done its best to present as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on this site. Please be aware that depending on your monitor, colors will vary from the original shade. We cannot guarantee that your monitor’s color will perfectly match the original items.

The Terms and Conditions listed here shall be governed by and interpreted according to Spanish Law and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Spanish Courts.

Gallanttales.com & Pattern Tales® brand cannot and do not guarantee the work of any paperhanger. We recommend that only professionals install our non-woven wallpapers.

Gallanttales.com makes available in good health information about its goods and with regard to the conditions necessary to ensure that goods supplied will be safe and without risk to health when used properly. Any information and advice given should not of itself be considered an adequate risk assessment as may be required under Health and Safety legislation. If you are not already in possession of information concerning the safe use of the products or you become aware of any risk to health and safety, you should contact us.
